Our priority is, and always will be, the health and wellbeing of our people, our clients, our contacts and our suppliers – we have put in place multiple systems to make sure there is no disruption in our day-to-day working, and our personal focus is on maintaining 100 percent business continuity for our clients. We are here for you.

During all the restrictions of lockdown and the various tiers, we have learned a lot about making our business better. We have fully supported all of our people throughout this difficult period and continue to invest in them, our IT and our marketing, and we have also used this time to engage more fully with everyone. Our people have demonstrated tremendous resilience during this challenging period and have been relentless in ensuring continuity of service.

From a Covid-19 specific point of view, we have developed and implemented our own containment policies, taking into consideration the multiple issues facing our clients and contacts, covering workforce health and safety, insurance, contracts and business continuity. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact heretohelp@beyondgrp.co.uk

Government Guidelines

All employers that want to reopen their business have a legal responsibility to protect their employees and other people on site. We’ve followed these government guidelines to ensure the safety of our people, our suppliers and our clients.

Our office environment

We have opened our offices to meet the needs of our people and our clients, and many of our people continue to work from home on a flexible basis. Where possible we are striving to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to socialise in person from time to time in our offices. We believe in a work/life balance for all.

Within the current restrictions, we are happy to meet with you in person, by telephone, email, Teams or Zoom or any other virtual channels and given the cost and time saving this offers, we positively encourage video conferencing where it is more appropriate to meet through virtual channels. We are minded, however, that there are times when our clients and our people wish to or need to meet in person.

Office re-fit

All our offices have been subject to a deep clean carried out by hygiene professionals, and our Group headquarters have undergone a comprehensive re-fit in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our people and that of any visitors to our offices. We have completely reconfigured all our workspace, installed a new kitchen, brought in new equipment, including desks, screens, IT, tables, lockers and more.

Visitors

All visitors to our offices are requested to comply with these health and safety protocols. We will always work out the maximum number of visitors that can reasonably follow social distancing guidelines (where they can stay two metres apart from other customers or one metre with risk mitigation where two metres is not viable).

All our visitors are advised of guidance about visiting our premises before they arrive.

We thought you might like to read about some of our own experiences during Covid-19: how we’ve managed the lockdowns, the approach of the business and our people and how we’ve learnt from the experience to make our business better.
