Rhian Hawkins

After studying law and completing her Legal Practice Course at The University of Central Lancashire, Rhian joined Harrison Drury as a paralegal in the commercial property team and qualified as a solicitor in 2016.

Rhian’s experience in commercial property includes in depth knowledge in:

  • acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold);
  • property development work (option agreements, clawback agreements, conditional contracts, initial site assembly, deeds of easement and planning and utility agreements);
  • secured lending and refinancing;
  • commercial leases; and
  • corporate support work.

When not at work, Rhian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit (spinning, running and boxing firm favourites at the moment) and eating out.
