A new member of the team at Beyond Corporate, Shaun joined from a top 10 international law firm where he completed his training contract and qualified while gaining experience acting for household name clients on big transactions.

Shaun has spent the majority of his time working on M&A transactions, but has also assisted clients with equity capital market deals, private equity transactions and internal reorganisations. Shaun has broad commercial experience having spent a productive couple of years pre-training contract working as a legal assistant/office manager at a boutique commercial law firm in London, as a compliance associate for a finance start up in London, and as a junior copy editor for an online travel publication in Cape Town, South Africa.

Shaun thoroughly enjoys getting to know clients personally and leveraging his legal skills and broad commercial knowledge to help them achieve their business goals. He is motivated by working with inspiring individuals who pursue their goals with determination and display a positive attitude throughout.

Away from the law, Shaun indulges his dual passions of music and endurance sport. He spent many years pursuing a career in music performance, is married to a professional musician and still enjoys playing when the opportunity arises. Any other spare time is spent swimming, cycling and running in pursuit of the next triathlon goal.
