Davina has begun her training contract with Beyond Law Group, bringing with her over four years of valuable experience in the real estate sector. During this time, Davina has built up extensive expertise advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant issues and development projects. Her hands-on experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of both the legal and commercial considerations involved in complex property transactions.
Davina is now gaining experience across a range of practice areas to develop her skillset and knowledge in other core practice areas. This experience is enabling her to build a well-rounded foundation and enhance her ability to deliver comprehensive legal advice across different sectors. Davina is particularly keen to explore areas that complement her real estate background.
With a background rooted in real estate and an expanding perspective from their training, Davina is working towards qualification as a well-rounded solicitor. Her combined practical experience and legal training position her to add real value to clients and colleagues alike.
