Davina has recently graduated from Nottingham Law School and is currently studying for the Legal Practice Course (Masters) part time. A personable and driven individual, Davina’s ambition is to become a successful commercial property solicitor.
Davina has most recently worked as a Commercial Property Paralegal at Geldards LLP on behalf of Electricity North West Limited, specialising in electricity networks. Her expertise is dealing with deeds of grant, leases and transfers. She also completes the post completion formalities alongside applications to the Land Registry. After joining the team at Beyond Corporate, Davina has assisted partners and seniors on commercial property transactions within the Real Estate department.
Davina is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in the commercial property sector and progress her career with Beyond Law Group.
