About Bartek
Bartek is a Corporate Solicitor at Beyond, having joined the firm in March 2026. He supports the corporate team across a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate advisory work, corporate and debt finance, equity structuring, shareholders’ agreements, share buy-backs and corporate reorganisations. He also assists the team on real estate finance matters, including investment and development finance on high-value transactions.
Before joining Beyond, Bartek began his legal career at Glaisyers ETL, where he spent two years as a Corporate Paralegal working on M&A, corporate finance, restructuring and private equity transactions typically ranging from £1m to £20m. He then commenced his training contract at Glaisyers, completing seats in Commercial Litigation, Private Client and Real Estate Finance, before qualifying as a Corporate Solicitor at Beyond. This well-rounded training gives him a broad perspective that he brings to his corporate practice.
Bartek holds a Law with Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Liverpool and an LLM in Legal Practice from BPP Manchester. His combined legal and financial background, together with over five years of prior management experience in a commercial environment, gives him a practical, client-focused approach. He is excited to bring his commercial awareness and hands-on deal experience to the Beyond team, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
