About Franklin
Franklin joined Beyond Corporate as a Construction Paralegal after gaining years of experience at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, where Franklin supported the real estate and construction law practices. Throughout his career, Franklin has developed the ability to manage complex transactions, draft key security documents and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
Franklin’s legal journey began with a Law degree from the University of Greater Manchester (formerly the University of Bolton), followed by a Master’s in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, which deepened his understanding of legal principles. Franklin also completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Manchester, equipping him with the practical skills necessary for a successful legal career. A highlight of his academic pursuits was attending the International Summer School of Intellectual Property Law at Xiamen University in China on a full scholarship. This experience broadened his international perspective and expanded Franklin’s professional network.
In addition to his legal experience, Franklin has worked as a clinical support worker for the NHS, providing nursing care in surgical and medical wards. Franklin is committed to meticulous preparation and clear communication, combining legal expertise with practical industry knowledge. This allows him to proactively address challenges and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
