About Gareth
Gareth is an Associate Partner specialising in construction matters. He trained and worked at national and internation firms prior to joining Beyond Corporate.
The construction team manage all aspects of construction work including both advising on development and the resolution of disputes. Gareth acts for clients at all levels of the procurement chain in relation to both aspects.
Gareth is familiar with all forms of dispute resolution and regularly acts for clients in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and mediation.
Gareth adopts a practical and commercial approach to advising clients and looks to understand and promote clients’ business interests as a priority. This fits in with the Construction team’s collaborative approach to client relationships
