Joanne (Jo) qualified in 2008 and has almost 20 years of litigation experience. Jo often deals with contractual and shareholder disputes, director disqualification proceedings, professional negligence matters, property issues, brand infringement claims and defamation/reputation cases, as well as debt recovery and insolvency work.
Known for her pragmatic, commercial approach, Jo focuses on resolving disputes efficiently, whether that be by way of an Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, such as at a without prejudice meetings or mediation, or by way of Court proceedings.
