A solutions-focused litigator with over 13 years’ experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Kathryn specialises in technical, complex and high-value litigation, helping clients navigate disputes in a practical, strategic and commercially effective way. Her practice includes shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence matters, insolvency disputes, debt recovery, construction-related disputes and judicial reviews. Kathryn regularly advises clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process, from early strategic advice and negotiated settlements through to court proceedings, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
