About Mike
Mike has over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate Market acting for developers, investors, funders, property companies, public sector bodies and occupiers on some of the largest regeneration schemes in the North-West and beyond. Not only does Mike lead the Real Estate Team at Beyond Law Group but he also applies his skills to transactional work and project managing lawyers cross sector.
For many years, Mike was an Examiner for the Law Society and a lecturer in property law and he remains a panellist and commentator on current issues facing the Real Estate market.
His success has been recognised by his listing in the Hall of Fame in Legal 500 and his ranking as a Senior Statesperson in Chambers.
Mike brings a strong client service ethic and he manages some of the largest client relationships. He is also known for building high-performing teams and driving sustained, strategic growth.
