Millie Brookes

 Millie is a trainee solicitor at Beyond Law Group in the Employment team. Millie has over four years of experience at Beyond Corporate having previously worked in the corporate team as a paralegal and trainee.

During her time in the corporate team, Millie has gained experience on a range of transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and corporate advisory work. This foundation has given Millie a strong understanding of the commercial side of business decisions, which she now brings to her work in the Employment team.

Since joining the Employment team, Millie has assisted in advising both employers and employees on a range of Employment law matters. Millie’s experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts of employment and workplace policies, assisting in grievance procedures, reviewing settlement agreements and assisting with employment tribunal claims. Millie has also assisted with the employment aspects of corporate transactions such as employment due diligence and reviewing and drafting directors service agreements.
