About Sarah
Sarah has worked in the commercial property sector for over 10 years, acting on behalf of landlords and occupiers, of both retail and business space. Sarah has in-depth experience of dealing with complex and high-value new lettings, renewal leases, lease assignments, surrenders, variations, short term licences to occupy, tenancies at will, licences to alter, and various other asset management transactions; seeing them through from start to finish. Sarah’s experience also includes dealing with acquisitions, disposals, option agreements, and re-financing.
Prior to joining the Group in January this year, Sarah has worked at a specialist commercial property law firm, predominantly acting on behalf of a leading, privately owned UK property investment and management company, and prior to that, as in-house counsel for a top national property development company, advising in both the commercial property and residential development divisions.
