Vicki is an experienced real estate solicitor with over 15 years of specialist expertise in the commercial property sector. She has developed a comprehensive practice advising on a diverse range of complex commercial property matters, demonstrating particular strength in acquisitions, disposals, asset management matters, secured lending transactions, and corporate real estate deals. Her client base has spanned both national and international organisations across multiple sectors, including retail, office, hospitality, logistics, development, and private wealth.
Vicki’s broad transactional experience encompasses the full lifecycle of commercial property matters, from initial due diligence and negotiation through to completion and post-completion asset management. Prior to joining the Group in September 2025, Vicki worked for a London Real Estate team at a leading global law firm, where she honed her skills advising major institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers on high-value and strategically significant property transactions.
