The St. Michael’s development centres around a luxurious five-star W Hotel, operated by the renowned Marriott International group. The 41-storey tower will offer 162 rooms with first-class amenities and services including a 24-hour concierge, AWAY Spa and FIT fitness centre.

Being the first of its kind outside of London, W Residences will feature 217 luxury apartments with access to the W Hotel’s top-class facilities, offering buyers a permanent residence within Manchester’s thriving city centre. The development is expected to heighten the city’s array of hotel-inspired living and potentially elevate the local property market. W Residences is expected to further enhance the city’s status as a global destination for luxury living.
