Being the first of its kind outside of London, W Residences will feature 217 luxury apartments with access to the W Hotel’s top-class facilities, offering buyers a permanent residence within Manchester’s thriving city centre. W Residences is expected to further enhance the city’s status as a global destination for luxury living.
