She works closely with Beyond Corporate’s Commercial, Construction, Corporate, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate teams on employment law matters linked to disputes, contracts and M&A transactions.
Known for her practical and commercial approach, Lucy has advised companies and individuals across a range of sectors, including transport, retail and healthcare, as well as early-stage and high-growth businesses.
Lucy Flynn said: “I’m so pleased to be returning to Beyond Corporate at such an exciting time for the practice. Spending time in-house gave me a valuable insight into the challenges businesses are dealing with day to day, and I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to clients. Beyond has always had a genuinely collaborative culture and a strong commercial focus, so it’s fantastic to be back and part of the next stage of growth for the Employment team.”
James Corlett, Managing Partner at Beyond Corporate, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Lucy back to the business. She’s a hugely experienced employment lawyer and already knows the practice and many of our clients incredibly well. Our Employment team has built a strong reputation across the North West and Lucy’s appointment is another important part of our continued investment in the team and the wider practice.”
