About Holly
Holly is a Solicitor experienced in the resolutions of disputes including breach of contract and debt claims and has assisted on various contentious probate files concerning wills and trusts. Holly is a firm believer that litigation can move the unmoveable, often stating ‘we are where we are, until we aren’t’ and advises her clients on the best routes available to reach their commercial goals.
Her journey in law began at Manchester Metropolitan University and following graduation she completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters. Holly gained practical experience in a Commercial Debt Recovery team and worked within a Dispute Resolution team as a Trainee Solicitor. She has always enjoyed delving into the key points of an argument and working out how they can be of the most benefit to her clients and this led to her qualifying as a Solicitor in Dispute Resolution in October 2023.
Holly has extensive experience of litigating claims both through the Courts and via Alternative Dispute Resolution methods such as mediation and without prejudice meetings.
Holly assists her clients by trying to find the most beneficial and painless method to achieve their desired outcome whilst keeping them thoroughly updated on the twists and turns of litigation. Her clients include individuals, directors and public companies and her experience covers a wide range of sectors including professional services, food and retail, financial services, retail and construction.
In March 2025, she joined the Dispute Resolution Team at Beyond Corporate as a Solicitor and has immediately been immersed in various cases encompassing debt recovery, commercial contract disputes, shareholders disputes and more.
