Beyond Corporate has strengthened its growing Real Estate team with the appointment of Senior Associate Sarah Tidswell, marking the fourth strategic hire since property heavyweight Mike Edge joined the practice last year from Mills & Reeve to lead and expand the team.
Sarah brings more than 10 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, acting on behalf of both landlords and occupiers across retail and business space. Prior to joining Beyond Corporate, Sarah worked at a specialist commercial property law firm, where she predominantly acted for a leading privately owned UK property investment and management company. Before that, she held an in-house counsel role at a top national property development company, advising both commercial property and residential development divisions.
Her experience also spans acquisitions and disposals, option agreements and refinancing work, supporting clients across the full lifecycle of property ownership, development and investment.
Sarah’s appointment represents the latest milestone in the rapid expansion of Beyond Corporate’s Real Estate team under the leadership of Mike Edge, one of the region’s most high-profile real estate lawyers. Since Mike joined the practice, the team has secured a number of significant new client wins and continues to build momentum in the regional property market. Beyond Corporate was also recently shortlisted for Law Firm of the Year at Insider’s Residential Property Awards, reflecting the growing strength and reputation of the Real Estate team.
