Beyond Corporate strengthens Dispute Resolution team with two strategic appointments

Beyond Corporate has strengthened its Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of experienced commercial litigator Joanne Williams and solicitor Joel Costi-Mouyia.

The appointments reflect the practice’s continued investment in its growing disputes practice and reinforce its commitment to providing commercially focused advice to businesses and individuals navigating complex disputes.

Joanne joins Beyond Corporate with almost 20 years’ litigation experience, advising clients across a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, director disqualification proceedings, professional negligence claims, property disputes, brand infringement matters, defamation and reputation management, as well as debt recovery and insolvency.

She acts for a diverse client base, including corporates, professional services firms, owner-managed businesses, partnerships and private individuals.

Joel joins the team following a varied legal career that has provided him with experience across commercial litigation and wider business law.

Joel has gained experience advising on debt recovery matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, procurement challenges and commercial agreement disputes, bringing valuable commercial insight to Beyond Corporate’s Dispute Resolution team.
