Beyond Corporate has appointed Victoria Smith as a Senior Associate in its Real Estate team, marking another significant milestone in what is proving to be the fastest growth phase for the team to date.
Victoria’s appointment comes as the Real Estate team continues to expand at pace, driven by sustained client demand and a growing reputation for specialist, high-quality advisory work across the North West and beyond.
The team is led by Mike Edge, who joined Beyond Corporate as Head of Real Estate in June 2025 with a clear vision of building one of the region’s most specialist and highly reputable Real Estate teams. Since his arrival, the team has attracted several new clients and instructions, underpinning a period of rapid and strategic growth.
Victoria brings more than 15 years’ specialist experience as a real estate solicitor, advising on complex commercial property matters. Her expertise spans acquisitions and disposals, asset management, secured lending transactions and corporate real estate work. She has acted for a wide-ranging client base of national and international organisations across sectors including retail, office, hospitality, logistics, development and private wealth.
Her experience covers the full lifecycle of commercial property transactions, from initial due diligence and negotiation through to completion and post-completion asset management. Prior to joining Beyond Corporate, Victoria was part of the London Real Estate team at a leading global law firm, where she advised major institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers on high-value and strategically significant transactions.
